Welcome

January 1, 2009

Dear Friends,

It is with deep regret that we must inform you that Landmarc Capital & Investment Co located in Scottsdale, AZ has foreclosed on Miracle Valley.

David Crantz, the President of Landmarc Capital & Investment Co has decided not to work with the Harters and has totally closed down Miracle Valley.

It is a sad day indeed for Dr & Mrs. Harter who have worked so hard and given so much, as well as the many others who have stood with the Harters at Miracle Valley with their prayers and financial support.

A web site will soon be constructed giving all the details, including letters, statements, and etc. between Miracle Valley and the Landmarc Capital & Investment Co.

Miracle Valley is God's Valley regardless of anything or anyone. God is still God and He continues to remain in control regardless what men may think.

The Miracle Valley Assisted Living Home and the Miracle Valley Childcare Center are closed.

Dr. Melvin Harter and Dr. Dennis Robinson are hoping to relocate the Miracle Valley Bible College & Seminary that was located on the campus at Miracle Valley.

In addition, the Miracle Valley Church congregation is looking for a place to continue conducting services.

You can call (520) 255-5960 or (520) 255-5959 for additional information.

Miracle Valley

Dear Friends,

We are having to make some adjustments here at Miracle Valley due to recent events with our nation's economy.

Sister Harter & I have been here since August 1999.

We believe God is going to give us a "break-through."

The devil would love nothing more than to utterly destroy our work and do totally away with Miracle Valley; however, we are still trusting in the Lord and pressing forward to the best of our ability.

We know that God will give us the VICTORY.

To reach Miracle Valley or to speak with us, PLEASE DIAL (520) 255-5960.

If you wish to inquire about our Assisted Living Home or Childcare Center, call Sister Harter at (520) 255-5959.

God richly bless you is our prayer.

Dr. & Mrs. Melvin (Roberta) Harter

God gave me a vision for Miracle Valley. And that vision is to raise up classical Pentecostal preachers. You may ask, "What do you mean by classical?"  Well, I certainly do not mean "classical" as simply something "old." I mean "classical" as something that is "original and real."

Are you know tired of the phoney and fake? I know I am. When it gets down to it, anybody can tell the genuine from the counterfeit. Many people in today's church world do not have the faintest idea of the real move of the Spirit of God.

Some years now, someone was visiting with me. This particular person believed in lots of people waving flags during the worship services.  I asked him, "Why do you wave flags? Why is that so important to you? What is it's purpose?" The person responded by saying, "When we wave the flags or banners, that moves the air and get the Spirit of God moving in the services."

I could not believe my ears. There is absolutely no where in the New Testament where it is even remotely stated that moving the air brings the Spirit of God. There is only one way to have the Spirit of God in our services and in our lives, and that is, to live a holy, godly life and spend time with God in prayer. There is no other way.

One person spoke with me a year or so ago and stated, "I am rethinking my theology." I asked, "What do you mean?" The person said that they were taught to believe that God heals every sickness and disease and that we have that power to declare it to me. However, the person had two very precious loved ones to recently pass away, even though all involved did not confess their sickness or cancer, but declared life instead.

The above examples are directly from the Charismatic Movement and their own theology.

What the entire Church world and our nation needs is a genuine revival and move of the Holy Ghost. It will never happen through worldly and carnal preachers and their churches. It will only come from bended knees in prayer. Fasting and prayer is what will move the hand of God. Nothing else will. Don't waste your time or money going all over the county to these so-called "religious siminars." They are nothing more than a waste. All they want is your money. Like one so-called preacher stated, "All you need to be successful in the ministry is have enough money to buy full page ads in Charisma Magazine."

Whatever happened to the "all-night prayer meetings?" This new bunch declares that we do not have to tarry before the Lord any longer. All we need to do is to praise, worship and then the glory will fall. But I say to you friends, you can do it all, but until you are right with God, it will all be in vain.

There are numerous preachers today whose only desire is to live a "lavish lifestyle." But I ask, "Where is the burden for lost souls? Where are the hots tears that weep in the night? Where are the sleepless nights?" For most, there are none.

A few years ago, a minister stepped into my office. He got down on his knees, and with tears running down his face, he begged me to sell him Miracle Valley. I remember his exact words. "If I only had Miracle Valley, I would be the next T D Jakes."

May God have mercy on men such as this.

Miracle Valley Church

We are looking for the Lord to return soon for His people. This is called the RAPTURE of the Church.  The scripture declares, "Unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time unto salvation."

There is a major thrust of the world that has made its way into churches everywhere, including the Pentecostal Church.

One of the most sickening things that is occurring in Pentecostal Churches is the modern dance. Man and women (wearing their tight jeans) dance in the so-called "Worship Services" and call it worshipping the Lord. This does nothing but make God sick to His stomach.

There is absolutely no difference between dancing in the honkey-tonks and many Charismatic and so-called Pentecostal Churches. Say what you want, but this dancing is not of God, it is of the devil. Do not go to these kind of churches, nor have any part in any of there services.

God's people are "called-out" from the world. And friend, there is a vast difference between today's dance and dancing under the anointing of the Holy Ghost. God is no among nor dwells in these worldly Churches. I have a word from God for each of you.

"Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."  II Corinthians 6:17, 18; 7:1

Say what you want, but Hebrews 13:12 still declares, "...without holiness, no man shall see the Lord."
