(4)  You MUST have a reciprocal link back to this website within 24 hours or risk being deleted by the webmaster or by the automatic program.  You MUST maintain a reciprocal link back to this website at all times; the automatic program monitors  your link back to us and may delete ANY non-reciprocal link at any time.  The webmaster might not even be aware that you are gone.  YOU are responsible for complying with the rules.
